Question

Jillian - thank you so much for proposing this merge... how are you related to Susannah Callahan?  My great, great grandmother is Savannah Callahan, daughter of Jackson Callahan and Sarah Wilson, granddaughter of Isaac Callahan and Mahala Susannah Wilson, and great granddaughter of Edward Callahan and Mahala Susannah "White Deer" Brock. Still working on documenting all of these people and their relationships. Have found published stories, Census Records, marriage and other documents for most. My personal family history goes back to Jackson Callahan and Sarah Wilson (daughter of Pleasant Wilson and Elisabeth "Sarah" York). Jackson and Sarah moved from Kentucky to Colorado and became farmers. My mother took us to visit her Great Aunt Daisy's farm... Sarah and Jackson had the farm behind Aunt Daisy's.  Thank you again for proposing this merger.. I hope we are cousins and can collaborate on our ancestors together!

Thanks so much for the award, Karen! The Callahans are my uncle, Mike Luzier's, ancestors via Elizabeth Callahan's marriage into the Widener family and then the Widener marriage into the Williams family, so they're not my biological ancestors, but I've just started digging into that side of things with info from my uncle, so I hope to have more to add!
