Should there be a military category for Allen-58897?

John Alfred Allen-58897 left England for Scotland to join the Royal Scots Fusiliers.  Should there be a category for that?

There is a category for the Royal Scots Fusiliers - see https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:Royal_Scots_Fusiliers. Looking at the profiles already in that category, the majority of them actually seem to have been born outside of Scotland.
