is giving a Sticker in the same category as Categorization?

I appreciate the prompt asking us to indicate what changes we have made to a profile before we save our changes.

Does giving a sticker (such as Born in Yorkshire) count as Categorization?  If not, what should i choose for that?

No, it's not categorization.  Type in manually something like "added sticker".

Some stickers assign a category, for instance adding the sticker {{Multiple Births|2}} immediately puts the profile in the category "Twins". But I don't think that {{Born in Yorkshire}} does, at least the related sticker {{Norway Native}} doesn't.

To the extent that adding a sticker also will assign a category, you might call it "Categorization", but generally I think it's more suitable with "Bio Improvement".

By the way, adding a sticker without doing anything else with a profile is not recommended. See the Help:Stickers page that states:

Profile Stickers can be placed on any profile on which they are appropriate by any contributor to the profile. In this context, "contributor" means anyone who is on the Trusted List and has been following changes or anyone who has been contributing to the profile

The reason to save changes COULD be for adding a sticker (and I have done that), but I would always add a category at the same time.  The Category could be the same as the sticker or more informative.

When in "edit" mode, look for the category button (second from right) just below the title "Edit Text".
