baptism and marriage help, please

Hi, No one has ever found Joseph's marriage record nor his baptism for certain. They could have married at Tillingham or married really late like his son did, after he'd fathered 7 children, or perhaps Joseph and Hannah never married at all. I'm not sure whether Joseph was baptised 24 Sept 1738 at White Notley, Essex, England or at Brightlingsea, Essex, 7 Nov 1725, or at Tillingham date unknown. At least on of the parish registers had no entries for 20 years, that was noted by the next incumbent, I can't remember which church it was. We have quite a few general DNA matches in the Braintree and Bocking area, but not many at Brightlingsea, a few in the Witham and Harwich areas, none link in with Joseph.
