Can two sets of Parents be added to WikiTree for a single individual

I am wondering if two sets of Parents can be added to WikiTree for a single individual ?  For example, can both birth parents AND adaptive parents be enterered in some fashion ?  If not than I suppose the only place for such notation would be as a biographical note.
