Advice for categorization of Waggoner-1317?

I would like advice or may need help creating a new category for the profile of Susanna Waggoner. The category might be named something like Fender Cemetery, Vandalia, Indiana.

Could I get help creating the new category? Or is there an existing category to use? Thank you!

The category appears to be set up correctly according to the guideline set by Wikitree.  Here is the Wikipedia’s definition of the town.  Vandalia is an unincorporated community in Lafayette Township, Owen County, in the U.S. state of Indiana. Wikipedia. So we would only put the county name and not the city name in this case.

Gurney, it's not that Vandalia is unincorporated, since we do use them when it's obvious by the map that the cemetery is located within a community, no matter how small it is. If you look at the map, Fender Cemetery is outside that central area marked as Vandalia, so we use the county name. THere might be a township to use, but I can't tell what that is from a map. That's when I usually consult the county genweb to see if they have further information

Cemetery categories are not allowed in unincorporated villages?  If not there are lots of them that need correction.
That cemetery could also be listed under Lafayette Township.  According to Wikipedia Lafayette Township contains these seven cemeteries: Fender, Galimore, Palestine, Saint Walley, Splinter Ridge, Tipton and Wright.  Indiana Townships are incorporated and have government officials and receive revenue via property taxes. The order of civil divisions vary from state to state.  In my state townships are not incorporated and have no local government.  Taxes are paid to the county.
