How do you remove a set of parents from the tree?

I have a family on my tree (Qualls Family Tree- Qualls-929) where the parents listed on my tree, John Nicholson (nicholson-9482) and Sara Howe (Howe-12425) are the wrong parents to the William C. Nicholson (Nicholson-9483).

The correct parents are Jackson Nicholson (Nicholson-3770) and Sara Jane Holt (DOB 26 Dec 1842). I can not find a record for Sara in Wikitree. I can find her in other sites such as Ancestry.com and Geni.com She married Jackson Nicholson (Nicholson-3770) in 1870's.

There is a documentation on Ancestry.com referencing that Jackson and Sara had only one child and his name was William Christopher Nicholson. I tried to find it, but could not.

Are you sure you attached the right William C. Nicholson as husband of Martha Spurlock? The Jackson Nicholson you referenced was born and died in the American south, whereas William Nicholson was born in England and seemingly lived there at least 20 years.

It looks like  the wrong William Nicholson is attached to the Wiki Tree pedigree. I thought something did not add up. How would I correct this?

The tree was built from my GEDcom I uploaded. It is odd because on my Ancestry.com account William C Nicholson is from Arkansas, which is correct. The parents I have connected to him in Ancestry.com are from Arkansas also This is why It appeared incorrect in Wikki Tree. 

Thanks for catching this. Should I upload my GEDcom again?

I wouldn't recommend trying to upload the GEDcom again. 

I restored the profile of the William Nicholson of Ambleside, England, and removed his links to your tree.

It looks like there is not currently a Wikitree profile for "your" William Nicholson, so I would suggest just manually creating a new profile by adding the details you have on him by adding as father to Dona Ethel (Nicholson) Qualls, and then you can go on from there.
