G2G: Has anyone found info on Gilbert Barnes parents?

I have information from Sangamon IL history about many of the Barnes that relocated there.  I am hoping to find information on Gilbert Barnes parents.  We do have a bible entry that shows he married Catherine Ford.  Happy to share any information I have.

I have information on his parents and siblings. The information I have is for a Gilbert Barnes  born may 1864 and married Laura Skerry.  I would be glad to share this information if its the same Gilbert Barnes.
