Should there be a category for "Great Migration (African-American) Virginia to Ohio" [closed]

African-American, Thomas Cambell moved his family from southern (rural) Virginia to Columbus, Ohio between 1910 and 1920, where they largely remained.  Does this fit our definition for the Great Migration?  And if so, may we have a category for Virginia to Ohio?
