Did you try searching Nice, FR? Specifically the Alpes Maritime records? I descend from Cabriel/Olivari/Gilli/Durante surnames of the south of FR. Am curious to know difference between Olivari/Oliveri/Olivier. I have seen your surname, do not recall if it was during when Nice was ruled by IT or when it came under FR rule. If you can look at one of the known relative's death certificate, it should give you a city their parents were from to further exact your search area.
