Looking for anyone with a Valentine Shelton b. abt 1790 in Virginia in their line.

Question

Trying to locate the parents of Valentine Shelton born in Virginia about 1790.  He married a Sarah Jacobs in 1812 in Adams County, Ohio.  They lived in the Huntington Township of Brown County, Ohio.  Children: Joseph T. 1813, Mary Ann 1814, Eliza A 1815, Lewis Clark 1819, Thompson 1822, Lucinda 1824, George Washington 1826, Alexander M C 1830.

There was an earlier Valentine I came across at the National Archives. He was one of five Sheltons who signed a Petition of Dissenters in Albemarle and Amherst counties before Nov 1776. The others were William, Jessey, George & Robert.
