Advice for categorization of Snook-979?

I would like advice or may need help creating a new category for the profile of Samuel Clyde Snook. The category might be named something like  7th Regiment of Engineers WWI  or 7th Engineers WWI.

"The 7th Regiment of Engineers was redesignated on 29 August 1917 as the 7th Engineers. It was assigned 17 November 1917 to the 5th Division (later redesignated as the 5th Infantry Division). Sent to Europe during World War I.

Could I get help creating the new category? Or is there an existing category to use? Thank you!
