Is there a new link for the TANAP databases?

Hello, I hope everyone is well.

I have recently become aware that the TANAP databases have changed their link or that the repository is no longer active. Many of the links relating to records such as the orphan chambers/MOOC on South African profiles are now outdated. I am currently searching for a will and I hoped that someone may know if there is a new link availble.

Kind regards

Francis

Have you seen this archive, Francis?

Unfortunately yes. All these links do is lead to an archived link which states the current link. All are defunct except the third which I believe has unfortunately become some type of gambling site.
I'm seeing a lot more content behind the links than that. Although the URLs listed look like the original ones, they actually lead to archived copies with numerous subpages. You can get to those more quickly by clicking on each of the "January 30, 2018" links.
Oh. Yes. I did try that. It seems there are multiple subpages but all the records don’t seem to be archived which doesn’t much help with finding sources unfortunately.

Thank you for your help.

Unfortunately  none and according to the news we received on the SouthAfrican Gen Forum due to updates to the system not soon if ever :-(

The South African Roots Project home page do have some wills etc, and links to some  Family search images.

Look under resources on our home page

Good luck I hope yopu will find what you are looking for

Thank you, Ronel

So sad to hear that we’ve lost such a valuable resource. I noticed the GENZA site was also down due to updates. I hope that we will able to access it sooner rather than later.

Thank you. I will look there. I was searching for the will of Johannis Strijdom, without it I can’t confirm a relationship in my tree past a possible baptism that I can’t prove to be true but can’t disprove.

Thank you again.
