Need Hebrew transcription, date transformation and age conversion

Question

For Jette Koppel, I have three questions:

1. I need help with the conversion of her death date which is given as 22 Feb(ruary) 5623. Is this 22 Sh'vat 5623 and does it convert to 11 Feb 1862?

2. Is her age of 70 given in the Jewish records converting to 1792 or 1812 as indicated in the birth date field currently?

3. Can someone please transcribe the Hebrew on her gravestone (if not already done)

1. The date in Hebrew is indeed 22 Shvat 5623, which corresponds to Feb 11 1863 (according to https://www.hebcal.com/converter?hd=22&hm=Shvat&hy=5623&h2g=1)

3. Gravestone 28:

Dina Hineberg, died on 20 of Nissan, 5623

Iscah Hineberg, died on 22 of Shvat, 5623
