Vivian Randall came to South Africa from wales at the age of 17 with his parents. He married a lady by the surname of September. I know of 1 daughter by the name of Ivy.Wife September passed away and he re-married a lady by the surname of Brown. She also passed away, he then married Maud Edith Rumble, they had 3 children Ethel, Edward and baby Leonard. Baby Leonard died before his 1st birthday.Vivian Randall was a soldier in the 2nd world war. Maud died in 1942.Vivian at that point was stationed in North Africa in battle. Vivian then re-married,and we lost track of him.

Born Sep 1928

Vivian W J Randall at

Mother maiden name Richardson

As you mention he married Joan Brown in 1955 registration district Cardiff

i note there is a child

Michael Randall
Mother's Maiden Surname: Brown
Date of Registration: Jan-Feb-Mar 1957

No evidence to say he is theirs other than surname date and place, but he looks a good chance of being their child.

Thank you so much for the info given, although this may seem not to be the same Vivian Randall. My mum's dad, Vivian Randall did not go back to Wales, instead, he had settled in South Africa, Cape Town. After the death of my grandmother, Maud Randall, my grandfather then settled somewhere in North Africa...this is when my mum lost track of him. We know that he had re-married, we also know that he had past away early 1950's. This is as far as our info goes. We really apreciate any info, thanks.
