I took a lot at your raw GEDCOM file.
Here's an example of a name that couldn't be interpreted:
George /(Blockner)Balazs)/
As you will have noticed, it's not getting a last name, so the imported person would be "George Unknown" and the text in the surname field would be printed in the biography for you to interpret and correct.
One of the benefits of GEDMatches is that it shows you this sort of thing before the file is imported. You can either skip that person, or if like you say, there are too many, not import your file at all.
