If those profiles are the same person, then they would be merged. When a merge is done, the biography from both profiles is included in the merged profile. The person doing the merge 'is supposed' to clean up the biography to make sure that there is nothing duplicated and sources are all in 'one' sources section, ie no duplications in the biography. Unfortunately, that is not done frequently and we end up with a lot of duplicated information in one profile. All links to the 'higher seq' would then be redirected to the 'lower seq' since that would become the 'new merged' profile.
In those profiles cases, they have similar, but not the same dates. They also have 'similar' but not the same named parents. They have the same wife and children are only on one profile. BUT the discrepancy on dates and parents would need to be determined. Are there sources for the correct names, does one profile have a 'general' thought on what the parents were, but not exact, same with the dates?
