Union College, of Schenectady, New York, has digitized their collection of alumni files.  These files often contain biographies and/or genealogical information for the college's graduates from 1797 to 1849.  The college served the Northeastern United States, and more particularly, the Hudson and Mohawk Valleys.  They can be found at: https://digitalworks.union.edu/alumnifiles/ .  I have added a link to my source page, Mohawk Valley Resources, https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Mohawk_Valley_Resources .
