Sallie/Sarah Holiday Taylor is on the 1850 Simpson county MS. census. It has her born in GA and by her age listed about 1788. She is in the 1860 Simpson County Census living with her daughter. nothing before or after that. She is listed as Sarah Taylor. In the 1850 census she is living below her son William Taylor and his family. She has some Indian ancestry. Her Father may be John Holliday and her mother is said to be Anne V. Lewellyn but the only Anne V. Lewellyn I can find is born after Sallie/Sarah so this one cannot be her Mother. This Anne V. Lewellyn is at least half Choctaw Indian and on the 1836 treaty of Dancing Rabbit Creek to become a U.S. citizen.
