The unknown daughter of Thomas Van Tassel b. 1746

Question

In the Van Texel/Van Tassel genealogy it is noted that he had another daughter who married an Outhouse. I believe I may be descended from that daughter. I believe that she may have been born out of wedlock and may not have been accepted by the local Quakers. She may also have been born to a third woman and not either of his wives. (all speculation but using critical thinking) I have some evidence backing up portions of my claims. Anybody with any info on her please help.

I don't see any profiles for Thomas Van Tassel with any date near 1746. Are you perhaps asking about Thunnis Van Tassel (aft.1745-)?

I have that as well. The problem I have is that in the genealogy book it states that he had another daughter who married an Outhouse. I may be linked to her, but cant find any proof of her.

Hi Richard,

Just a couple days ago there was an Outhouse listed in a question here in G2G.  I thought the name odd, so searched and found there are many Outhouses listed in WT.  Just saying because maybe if you do research on the Outhouse, you will find info on her...

I have only ever seen her mentioned once outside of ancestry.com trees but not by name. I'm hoping someone has a source.
