Hi,

I just wanted to check to see if there are any objections to me adding John Southey of Fitzhead, Somerset, England.

He is the father of Cannon Southey (Southey-542).

I will be mainly using scans of original documents on www.ancestry.co.uk including:-

Parish records of Fitzhead, Somerset showing a burial date of 30th August 1728.

Will with a probate date of 9th May 1729. Which mentions he wife (Mary), children (Cannon, Elizabeth) and siblings (Robert, William, Ann, Joane).

His son was born in 1701 so it is likely he was born before 1681.

I am aware of the style guide and will attempt to follow it.

You list the sort of sources that you should be using - Wills and parish registers. It's appreciated that you mention the style guide.
Thank you.
