Yes, this is the same person you may have found on your Google Search.  I did locate a descendant of Mr. Kuhns and mailed the document to her approximately a month ago.  If you are also a descendant and would like a scanned copy of the document, I would be glad to email it to you.

He couild be a cousin. My gg grandfather was Daniel Koons born in 1826 in PA. His father, Henry, spelled the surname Kuhns and did Daniel's grandfather, Leonard.  Henry was also born in PA in 1798.
