Can someone help me locate the parents of Isaac Bishop who should have been born Barnett in Alabama?

Isaac Bishop was proven to be a Barnett through y-dna testing. However, that is all the information we have. We believe his mother may have been a Bishop (hence the last name). Isaac was born in Alabama (possibly Coosa County) and died in Louisiana.
