Is there a way to see most recent additions to CC7?

Question

Sometimes I see my CC7 count go up but I don't know of a way to see what the new connections are (if they don't show up in my feed because I've tagged the last name).

I too would like to see just the recent additions or deletions from the CC7 list.  I have used the "CC7 Views" app by Ian Beacall and love it! But would still like to see what has changed over the last XX days. Perhaps a new app could be made for just this purpose?  Maybe "CC7 Changes"?
