I don't know how to capture them, but I expect that if you inquire with familysearch.org or Ancestry.com they would be glad to assist you. For contact with familysearch.org all you need to do is go to their site  https://familysearch.org/ and click on Get Help. There are several ways to communicate with them after that.

I don't use Ancestry,com but if you do, I expect they would be more than willing to help you out on this.

I tried them for six months, but did not like the idea of paying a premium for going across the Atlantic. At this point, I don't pay for genealogy and I don't charge for it either. It's just a pastime for me, like doing a crossword puzzle is for some others.

If you look at the original document you can see that the writing of the census taker is atrocious. Kinda looks like my handwriting actually. *grin* What the census taker wrote could be Lord or Lind or Rumpelstiltskin.
