We do have a one page view of all "cemetery" categories available if that is what you are trying to find.
It is compiled each week by Aleš through data dumps, and typically takes just over a minute to load on a fast connection. It does not include "others" (cemetery categories without the word cemetery in them) but that can be loaded via another report page. In total, we are looking at well over 75,000 cemeteries, not including their parent categories that link them to other categories (such as locations).
Why wouldn't all cemeteries fall under a single category: Cemetery or Find-A-Grave?
First and foremost, we are not Find a Grave :) We do not follow their methods, their structure, their naming conventions, etc. There is a write-up from the Cemeterist Project's 2020 Newsletter that will explain this in more detail.
Second, a single category page can only display 200 subcategories per page. Let's assume 75,000 categories, then that would be over 375 pages (75,000 ÷ 200) someone would need to navigate through. Even if using the Alphabetical picker to quick jump through the list, we are talking an average of 14 pages per letter (375 ÷ 26).
