I have 3 Owen lines. Two of Mother's first cousins have DNA on Ancestry. They are deceased can you look at it?

If you manage the accounts of your dead relatives, you can share the results with people by inviting them, either by adding their emails, or their Ancestry names/nicknames.

Gail, I'm unsure what you are asking. Some test data is on Mary Phillips' profile, but unless the managers of the deceased test-takers add their information (including DNA tests) to wikitree, it will not show up on wikitree. Mary does not appear to be connected to parents or siblings, so it is not likely that first cousins would show up until that connection work is done.
