I am finding records with same information except for name for Sarah Minter Hillhouse and Sarah Clelland Hillhouse that married in 1743 in Pennsylvania William Hillhouse Sr.  Does anyone know (and can prove) that this is one and the same person

1772 land grant on Turkey Creek, a branch of Bullock.

His house said to be used as campaign headquarters for Cornwallis.
