Question

Need to remove profile entered twice: my great-grandmother is also entered incorrectly as my great-great-grandmother.

That's the problem Mike, the ID is the same for both entries Guglieri-1.  I cannot separate them.

PS: I merged the profiles when I first discovered the problem, but that just created the duplicate entries.

Ok, see a little of the problem, have done that myself. Are you familier with removing a parent.(edit tab, from childs page, right side mother or father, edit and can remove parent) might want to right down all names-?? first and can add them back properly. And then merge duplicates or merge duplicates before adding children back. Hope that helps or can try to get someone with supervisor access.

Im glad. It should be impossible to have 2 profiles with same number. It just looks that way. Like I said done that myself can get confusing. Best of luck. Mike

Just to clarify, when this happens, there aren't actually 2 profiles with the same number. It's just one profile, who is the parent of itself. :) It makes family trees look funny!

Profiles probably need to be merged together. May need more info to help you if needed. Or access to your pages. Still list better info here for possible manager help. ie:

Guglieri-1 is same as ______

If you need help let me know and you can add me as manager to those profiles.
