Looking for information and ancestors of John Powell. According to census records he was born in Maryland. I have his son, also John Powell (Powell-2965) b. 1826 in Scioto, Ohio. He married (abt. 1852) Rachel Quick (Quick-529) (b. 1832, Pennsylvania). Children of John and Rachel are Madora, Jasper, Rachel, John, Ada, Ernest, Mary, Emma and Cora.
