Unusual name, in which case he is married to Elizabeth in the 1841, 1851 and 1861

　

1851 and 61 census he says born at Castle Cray, Somerset >

Checking that out he is

Bap 5 August 1799 at Castle Cary, Somerset, England 

Born 3 August 1799

Parents William Millard and Theophila Francis

married 20 Oct 1793 at Castle Cary.

Other children

John 1794

Anne 1795

Sarah 1797

Uriah 1799

Sussannah 1802 – 1802

Mary 1802
