2023 Is a Great Year to Join the Australia Project! [closed]

Question

Would you like to join the Australia Project and help us to add to, and improve, Australian content on WikiTree? 

The only requirement for membership in the Australia Project is that you join one of the Australia Project teams. There are a wide range of Australian topic teams, as well as state teams, and categories and profile improvement teams. 

We use G2G and our Australia Project Google Group for project discussions and announcements.

I'd love to join the Eureka Stockade project!  I read "The forgotten Rebels of Eureka" about the women of the rebellion some time ago and added some of the profiles.  I'd like to re read it and make sure they are included in the story.

Hi Folks,

I would like to join the Australia Project if there is room. Still learning my way around - not sure about categories and badges and such.

I am most interested in 1800s immigrants - assisted and unassisted as I have a mix of both (they arrived in South Australia, Victoria and NSW).

I have some experience in researching records i

n Ireland, Scotland and bits of England (Norfolk, Lancashire and Cornwall) so happy to use that knowledge or learn new stuff. If still going the project on Orphan Girls from Ireland sounds very interesting.

Hi there. I've been researching the family trees of my family and that of my wife.

Hi,

I wish to rejoin the Australia project as I have not finished adding sources to my family profiles.

I didn't respond when you Emailed me as I was dealing with rental inspection then notification of ending tenancy, finding a new rental, packing, moving and unpacking.

I still haven't unpacked everything as yet, but I am easing back into genealogy and life in general.
