I'm looking for a Mary E. Holloway born in 1844 in North Carolina and had a sister named Martha. She was illiterate as the 1880 Census in Mississippi shows that she could not read or write. She also allegedly married a __Clemmons and had a daughter named Annie. We know she marries a Robert Jones in 1865 in North Carolina then moves to Marshall County, Mississippi. I originally thought that she was the Mary Holloway from the James Holloway family, but the age, education and no Martha sibling does not fit that family. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
