Merging or deleting profiles

Question

I am having a terrible time trying to setup my hal brother profile or wikitree account.

He created account Nash-4999, Nash-10510, Nash-10882, Nash-10884

I created his profile ions ago Nash-4152 and I want him to login with that profile.

I have unsuccessfully tried to merge but does not work.

He does not remember the password or email account he used when setting up the accounts.

Someone help please.

I recommend sending a note to the WikiTree Team (info at wikitree.com) requesting their help to consolidate all of his accounts.
