Well neither Coatesville nor Hyati are the correct city/town name. This is from Wikipedia.  Hayti is a census designated place and unincorporated community situated in Valley Township in Chester County, Pennsylvania.  I will make the change after I just check Valley Township.

Valley Township is the correct name. But a merge has already been set up.  So I need to let this merge finish and then I will correct this.

Hyati is fine; it is a populated place and is included in the GNIS domestic names.https://edits.nationalmap.gov/apps/gaz-domestic/public/search/names/249f0a2e-0a2b-58c5-8ee8-5a6d8d672d37/summary

I added the additional parent category of Valley Township
Thanks for the response. Unincorporated communities get confusing. So the key is that it is included in GNIS domestic names then.
Gurney, the GNIS is a big help but not the final deciding factor. For instance, the GNIS lists districts, streams, mountains, etc. We are concerned wtih counties, cities, towns, populated places, villages, etc. I often check by state fo see if there are multiple places with the same name. We have been using populated places in location categories. Often you will see that they overlap CDPs. We can use them if the place is not ONLY a CDP.

In the Cemeterist Project we are told "not" to use unincorporated places or cdp's in the title of the category.

"you will want to find the exact location of the cemetery in <City/Town>, <State> or <County/Parish>, <State> format. The <County/Parish>, <State> format is applicable to cemeteries that are situated outside of City/Town boundaries or are situated in an unincorporated area of a County/Parish" is from the cemetery categorization page at https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Cemetery_Categorization
