Need help again finding LNAB. "Norway" [closed]

There is a death record on the page, but I cant even find/read the name Karen, much less her LNAB. Thanks to anyone who can add something helpful to her profile! Hope to get her LNAB instead of changing LNU to Unknown. Seems she lived and died in  Byneset, Trondheim, Sør-Trøndelag, Norway. [are there records back that far?]

Getting closer to the finish line of the Alias Project!

See last entry, third column:

Dom 2da Adv. (4 Dec) 1712: Karen Onsøen 56 aar gl.

I appended this text to the citation in her biography.

"Onsøen" is a toponym, but will have to do as a LNAB unless a patronym is found. She might be named with a patronym in eg. a probate.

The patronym of her husband "Sjursensen" is probably a garbled form of "Sjursen".

I looked up the entry in the Bygdebok for her alleged husband Peder Sjursen Onsøien (available online for Norwegians). No wife is mentioned, but the name and age at her burial may be indicative of her identity. Personally, I'd like to be a little more careful.
Should I get the LNAB changed to Unknown now, until her name is found? Is that the best way to do it?

Also is 4 Dec her death date or burial date?

Yes, I think so. The "Onsøen" only tells where she died. It may at best be regarded as a "Current Last Name", given that Norwegian naming practice often used "farm names" as aliases. But if this is the only evidence there is for attaching her to Peder Sjursen, I'd rather not have her entered into WikiTree in the first place. At least, there should have been built a case for it.

Also is 4 Dec her death date or burial date?

It's always the burial date, unless stated otherwise. Burial was usually about a week after death, so it makes sense to put her death in late November.

Thank you so much, Leif. I appreciate all the work you do helping me.

This page may be helpful; it explains the Norway naming conventions:

https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Norway_Project_Naming_Conventions

The Archives of Norway does have some very old records.

I've done some research on Norwegian profiles but I'm not an expert. Hopefully, a member with more experience will be able to help further. If you don't get a response, consider going to the project page and contact the project leader.

Good luck with your research!

You can search the archive here:

https://www.digitalarkivet.no/en/

Also, some older records are not indexed but the scanned books can be viewed.

Hope that helps.
One more thing, if you click on the record cited on the profile, the name appears to be at the bottom of page 46, left column. Very hard to read but maybe someone can decyfer it.
