G2G: Updating GEDCOMpare?

Going through the suggested matches to my GEDCOM (some of which are a LONG WAY off-base), I found a couple of errors in my own data.  Is there a way to replace a GEDCOM and not lose the matching/rejecting already done?

If it is just a few profiles with errors, correct them after the data are added.

I was thinking that the corrections might get more suggested matches.
