John, you are manager of both profiles, which were added within a few days of each other. Robin Lee, who proposed the merge, is one of the most knowledgeable WikiTree leaders and she clearly recognized that these are duplicate profiles.
There is only one difference between them, which is the children. Since they are your family, you can probably confirm that all these children had the same father, so you can certainly proceed with the merge and be sure all the children are listed correctly after completing the merge. All you have to do to complete it is to click the buttons indicating that you approve it for each profile. When you approve the second one, the merge will automatically go through.
