I would like to manage my family profiles, including my MOTHER, but the manager is unavailable to turn it over to me.

Question

I would like to be able to manage my family tree including my mother, brother, etc.  However, these profiles are locked by the project manager who is not responding to contact efforts.

I need to be able to manage my brother as he has stage 4 COPD and is unable to participate.

The PM hasn't been on WT for several months, so you need to follow the Unresponsive Profile Manager process so you can take over your mother's profile.

However, since your brother is still living, you may need to contact info @ wikitree.com, as I am not sure if the UPM process is applicable for a living WT member.

Do contact the Team about this situation. The profile manager is a Project Leader, so the Team should already be aware of what's going on.
