G2G: Looing for marriage between Simon Whitehead ("Wittite") and Margaret BARCLAY

Question

They are my 4th great grandparents. They had 6 children. I think both were born in Fife Scotland. Simon about 1740 and Margaret about the same year. I don't know names of Simon's parents. Whitehead has been spelt many ways - Witet - Wittet - Wittite - Whytehead.. Thank you.
