Comparing 2 gedcoms that look identical. One opens one doesn't

Can someone please look at the gedcoms on

Fawcett-668 (no)

and

Carson-3765 (yes)

And tell me why one opens and one doesn't?  They look identical to me. Thanks!

The one on Fawcett-668 says "...bransoscook..." and the one on Carson-3765 says "...bransoncook...", so I assume it is supposed to be branson with an "n" not bransos with an "s".

Thanks so much! I ddn't catch that! I thought maybe I wasn't on the trusted list or had opened the wrong tab etc.  Now to do my first merge and figure out how to edit a gedcom that isn't mine.
