G2G: DNA for a relative

My uncle has given me access to his DNA account, he nor his wife are able to do any thing like this. I don't think they really have the interest in it. Anyway, would I make a seperate profile for him ( I think this is what I should do) or add it to my profile?

For privacy reasons you cannot add DNA information to Wikitree for anyone except yourself.   If your relatives are willing to share their test information (Wikitree doesn't collect or store any actual DNA data) you can create profiles for them.  If you include their email addresses they will get invitations to join Wikitree.  They can add their DNA test info and then turn over management of their profiles to you if they're not interested in participating.
