How do i add my daughters children, my grandchildren.

Question

Only just started on here and i am having trouble addidng my daughters children my grandchildren they are 5 years and 6 years old but im struggling maybe ive overlooked a few things and my brain maybe needs a little rest from the learning on here its a lot but im going crack it like a nut im not giving up im determined as i think this site is amazing.

As a result of the European privacy laws, only parents can add children under 13 years of age.  (I waited until my granddaughter was 14 before I added her, even though I had parental permission.)
