I recently did a MTDNA test on a cousin to help with a brickwall.
My ancestor Amy Tosser Guider has been shown to the be daughter of Henry Tosser and an unknown wife. The DNA test, shows that Amy was an HV0b.
The test gave us 5 exact matches for the full sequence DNA. 1 of those exact matches has Hannah Louisa Elizabeth Heck Arnold as an MTDNA ancestor. (3 other exact matches have yet to respond to further inquiry). 1 is a DNA match to a Germany family.
Hannah was someone I had done work on recently because of AUDNA matches to the Peter Snyder family.
There have been a lot of assumptions connecting the Randles and Snider family together, and this MTDNA test further supports those assumptions.
Coming back to Hannah for more in depth research makes me to begin to question the published family trees that I used to initially connect her.
My current stumbling block is finding her on the 1850 and 1860 Census.
The parents I have connected her to, never show her as a daughter.

I strongly believe she must be connected. I am looking for assistance in proving it.
One possible suggestion has been that Hannah was the daughter of a woman named Sarah Harrison and appears with her mother here:

The problem with that being that Hannah then is not the daughter of a Snider and is the wrong age.
Also to note Sheryl Ginn shows the exact MTDNA match to be an autosomal match as well, and related on the right branch of the family to be in the Snider line. What are the odds that a full MTDNA sequence, 0 genetic distant match (1 of only 5 exact matches) and an autosomal match are not related how we think they must be?
Please feel free to edit/make changes to the wiki profiles with evidence and add to research notes if you have some suspicions.
Note that the Family Search records for Jordan Heck appear to be a mixture of two Jordans.
Thank you.
