This individual in the 1850 census is in the correct area, living with what I guess is a sister Peggy and others. Not far away is a Sam Patton b. abt 1804 with many more children. Maybe the names will lead you to more? This census doesn't give relationship data so can't tell if Something Patton is the oldest child.
There is also a death record for a Margaret Elizabeth - with the correct birth to be the youngest child on this census. Her parents are listed as Samuel Patton and Margaret Woods. Don't know if that is any connection.
