She was Agnes ruth Howe, Agnes ruth Doan, lived in Indiana and Washington state  had a son Alvin Hammersley , daughter Annella Zamora, and Naomi Dean

If this is Agnes Howe the daughter of Alonzo Howe, then she also had the last names of Doan and Reynolds.  I didn't see a death date, but maybe those clues can help guide you.
