Hey, Kevin. I don't know of a way to see all yDNA test takers in one place, but try these links:
https://www.wikitree.com/index.php?title=Special:DNATests&t=ftdna_ydna (there are 13,525 listed)
https://www.wikitree.com/index.php?title=Special:DNATests&t=other_ydna (1,138 are listed).
Some of the ones in the "other" category will, of course, be just autosomal microarray tests like 23andMe that also report a haplogroup, and some will be people who tested at YSEQ or took a whole genome sequencing test that they might have sent to YFull or Y-DNA Warehouse for analysis.
In each report, though, you'll get the first 500 entries displayed and then need to page forward to view the additional ones. There's probably a way to accomplish what you need via WikiTree+, but the attempts I've made didn't work out correctly; too many duplicates because text strings appeared in the "DNA Connections" panel on multiple profiles.
