Help with footnotes running together in my sources?

I have spent some hours trying to figure out why the sources in this profile will not show correctly (not running together, and properly numbering).  I'm not adept at citing, so I've used a program to create the inline citations that I then copy/pasted.  I've reviewed it repeatedly and I just can't see what I'm doing wrong.  Help?

Do you mean where you have the bullet points? If so when you want a list with anything without it going up to the line above it you have to put a : at the beginning of a sentence. That will stop it from moving up to finish the row above it.

Ex, if instead of the * next to each of the facts you could put : instead. With the : you won’t see once you save but the information will stay in the row that it was put in. Skipping a row would do the same but since it’s information on census I would keep the single spacing cause it would look nicer.
Thank you, I’ll play with it.

Unfortunately, Jeremiah's profile is locked with Green Privacy, so we can't see the Edit tab to look at the issue.

Thank you, I've opened it up!
All sorted.  You had <ref></ref> beneath the ==Sources== heading and some strange extra <ref>s in there.  You can lock it back up now.
Thank you!
