Help finding a birth/baptism record for Klein-7421

Question

Requesting help finding a birth record for  [[Klein-7421|Anna (Klein) Ludwig (1891-1959)]] she was born in Preußisch Eylau, Kreis Preußisch Eylau, East Prussia, Prussia, Germany. My understanding is she came from a large family and one of her closest brother was called Fritz.

The territory of the former Preußisch Eylau district in East Prussia today lies partly in Russia (Bagrationowsk rayon, Kaliningrad oblast) and partly in Poland (Powiat Bartoszycki, Warmia-Masuria voivodeship).

There are some church books from the Kreis Preußisch-Eylau online avaible on archion, but not from the town Preußisch Eylau, which is located in Russia today. There is also nothing on the polish platform geneteka.

Also in the EZA (Evangelisches Zentralarchiv der evangelischen Kirche in Deutschland) are no church book from the parish Preußisch-Eylau avaible (https://ezab.de/kirchenbuecher/kirchenbuch-suche.php).
