I am calling your attention to an anomaly, which may indicate a bug in the software. This is not a serious matter.
I (Parker-36732) am an Arborist and I propose and do merges on a large scale. This morning (25 Feb 2023) I observe the following. I made the same observation yesterday.
If I put "Frazier" in the Search box of "All Pending Merges Waiting for Action" I see three merges initiated by me and ready for execution. "complete this merge after a final comparison" is highlighted in yellow. They are
Charles H. Frazier (Frazier-5910) and Charles Frazier (Frazier-3985)
Elizabeth Jane Hutchison (Frazier-5909) and Elizabeth Hutchison (Frazier-3229)
Jackson Frazier (Frazier-5913) and Jackson Frazier (Frazier-2927)
In the case of Charles one approval was granted by a manager and the other approval is by default. In the case of Elizabeth and Jackson both approvals are by default.
When I look at my own "Pending Merges Initiated by Me" list, I see the merge involving Charles. 'complete this merge after a final comparison" is highlighted in yellow. The other two merges involving Elizabeth and Jackson are not in my list. They are specifically not at the top of my list with yellow highlighting. My list is long. I have not searched the whole list.
